PORT MANAGEMENT ACT 1995 - SECT 63L
Transfer of port licence—on Minister's initiative(1) The Minister, with the consent of the port licence holder, may transfer the port licence the port licence holder holds to another person.
(2) The Minister may, after consultation with the Treasurer, decide that, upon the transfer of the port licence under this section, the conditions to which the licence is subject are varied as decided by the Minister.
