Conditions of permit

33. Conditions of permit



(1) A permit may be granted subject to such conditions as the Minister thinks
fit and specifies in the permit.

(2) The conditions referred to in subsection (1) may include conditions with
respect to-

   (a)  work to be carried out by the permittee in or in relation to the
        permit area during the term of the permit;

   (b)  amounts to be expended by the permittee in the carrying out of such
        work; or





   (c)  both those matters-

and the conditions may require the permittee to comply with directions given
in accordance with the permit concerning the matters referred to in paragraphs
(a) and (b).
