20. Advertisement of blocks



(1) The Minister may, by instrument published in the Gazette-

   (a)  invite applications for the grant of a permit in respect of the block
        or blocks specified in the instrument; and

   (b)  specify a period within which applications may be made.

(2) The Minister may, for reasons that he or she thinks sufficient, in an
instrument under subsection (1), direct that section 21(2) or (3) does not
apply, or that both of those subsections do not apply, to or in relation to
the applications.
