15. Jurisdiction of State courts

The jurisdiction with which the several courts of Victoria are invested by
section 57(4) of the Interpretation of Legislation Act 1984 extends to all
matters arising under any modification of the provisions which apply in the
adjacent area by virtue of section 57 of that Act effected by regulations
under section 14.
