13. Public servants performing functions under Commonwealth Act

An employee in the public service of Victoria shall perform any function which
the Minister, as the Designated Authority in respect of the Commonwealth
adjacent area, or as a member of the Joint Authority, requires the employee to
perform in relation to the Commonwealth Act. _______________
