12. Delegations under Commonwealth Act

Where, in the exercise of a power which the Commonwealth Act is expressed to
confer upon the Designated Authority in respect of the Commonwealth adjacent
area, the Minister delegates a power to a person who is an employee in the
public service or who holds any office in the service of the State of
Victoria, the person may exercise the power.
