Minister as member of Joint Authority

10. Minister as member of Joint Authority



(1) The Minister may exercise any power which the Commonwealth Act is
expressed to authorize the Minister to exercise as a member of the Joint
Authority.

(2) The Minister shall perform any function which the Commonwealth Act is
expressed to require the Minister to perform as a member of the Joint
Authority.
