86. Mortgages under Transfer of Land Act 1958 generally excepted

Except sections eighty-seven, one hundred and two, one hundred and nine, one
hundred and ten, one hundred and eleven and one hundred and twelve, the
provisions of this Division shall not apply to mortgages under the
Transfer of Land Act 1958 effected by instruments of mortgage under that Act.
