Release of part of land affected from a judgment

71. Release of part of land affected from a judgment



(1) A release from an execution of part of any land charged therewith shall
not affect the validity of the execution as respects any land not specifically
released.

(2) This section shall operate without prejudice to the rights of any persons
interested in the property remaining unreleased and not concurring in or
confirming the release.

(3) This section shall apply to releases made after the first day of June One
thousand eight hundred and sixty-four.
