59. Conditions and certain covenants not implied



(1) An exchange a partition or other conveyance of land made by deed after the
first day of June One thousand eight hundred and sixty-four shall not imply
any condition in law.

(2) The word "give" or "grant" shall not, in a deed made after the date last
aforesaid, imply any covenant in law, save where otherwise provided by
statute.
