Savings in regard to sections 53 and 54

55. Savings in regard to sections 53 and 54

Nothing in the last two preceding sections shall-

   (a)  invalidate dispositions by will; or

   (b)  affect any interest validly created before the commencement of the
        Property Law Act 1928; or

   (c)  affect the right to acquire an interest in land by virtue of taking
        possession; or

   (d)  affect the operation of the law relating to part performance.
