Definitions

3. Definitions

In this Act- Court means-

   (a)  in relation to property or an estate or interest in property the value
        of which does not exceed the jurisdictional limit of the County Court,
        the Supreme Court or the County Court;

   (b)  in any other case, the Supreme Court; legal practitioner means an
        Australian legal practitioner within the meaning of the
        Legal Profession Act 2004. __________________
