PROPERTY LAW ACT 1958 - SECT 234
Application for order for accounting(1) A co-owner of land or goods may apply to VCAT for an order under this Division to be made for an accounting in accordance with section 28A.
(2) An application under this section may be made whether or not an application is made under Division 2.
