Husband and wife to be counted as two persons

21. Husband and wife to be counted as two persons

A husband and wife shall, for all purposes of acquisition of any interest in
property, under a disposition made or coming into operation after the
twenty-eighth day of September One thousand nine hundred and fourteen, be
treated as two persons.
