PROPERTY LAW ACT 1958 - SECT 207
Application to the Crown(1) Nothing in this Part shall be construed as rendering any property of the Crown subject to distress, or liable to be taken or disposed of by means of any distress.
(2) Subject as aforesaid and subject to any
enactment to the contrary the provisions of this Part shall bind the Crown.
