Form of discharge of statutory mortgage or chargeA re-conveyance of a statutory mortgage may be made by a deed expressed to be made by way of statutory re-conveyance of mortgage in the form given in Part III of the Seventh Schedule to this Act with such variations and additions (if any) as circumstances may require [29] .
