Penalty Interest Rates Act 1983 - SECT 1 

Short title

1. Short title



(1) This Act may be cited as the Penalty Interest Rates Act 1983.

(2) The Supreme Court Act 1958 is in this Act referred to as the Principal
Act.

(3) This Act shall be deemed to have come into operation on 1 July 1983.
