PUBLIC HEALTH AND WELLBEING ACT 2008 - SECT 211

A person must not, without lawful authority, destroy or damage any record required to be kept in accordance with this Act or the regulations.

Penalty:     In the case of a natural person, 60 penalty units;

In the case of a body corporate, 300 penalty units.
