PUBLIC HEALTH AND WELLBEING ACT 2008 - SECT 187
Restriction on entry to residential premises(1) This section applies in respect of the exercise of a power conferred on any person by a provision of this Act to enter any residential premises without a warrant.
(2) The power to enter can only be exercised to enter that part of the residential premises to which entry is necessary for the purposes for which the power is conferred.
