PUBLIC HEALTH AND WELLBEING ACT 2008 - SECT 165AZ
Authorised officers may exercise public health risk powers and pandemic management powersSubject to section 165AX(3), an authorised officer who is authorised under section 165AW(2) may exercise any of the public health risk powers or the pandemic management powers at any time when a pandemic declaration is in force.
Note
A pandemic order prevails over a direction given by an authorised officer to the extent of any inconsistency, see section 165CQ.
