Health service and pathology service must have processes to ensure notification(1) A health service must implement processes to ensure that any registered medical practitioner employed or engaged by, or performing work at, the health service complies with section 127.
(2) A pathology service must implement processes to ensure that the person in charge of the pathology service complies with section 128.
