Tabling of orders

9. Tabling of orders

The Premier must cause-

   (a)  a copy of each nomination order, together with a statement signed by
        the Premier of reasons for the making of the order; and

   (b)  a copy of each application order; and





   (c)  a copy of each order made under section 8A-

to be laid before each House of Parliament within 14 sitting days after the
order is made.
