76. Confirmation of nomination order

For the removal of doubt, the order entitled Amendment of Nomination Orders
made by the Governor in Council on 5 March 2002 and published in the
Government Gazette on 27 March 2002 is deemed to be and always to have been
valid and effective in accordance with its terms.
