Proceedings

70. Proceedings

If, immediately before the relevant date, proceedings relating to former
Secretary to the Department of Infrastructure property (including arbitration
proceedings) to which the Secretary to the Department of Infrastructure was a
party were pending or existing in any court or tribunal, then, on and after
that date, the Secretary to the Department of State and Regional Development
is substituted for the Secretary to the Department of Infrastructure as a
party to the proceedings and has the same rights in the proceedings as the
Secretary to the Department of Infrastructure had.
