69. Secretary to the Department of Infrastructure instruments

Each Secretary to the Department of Infrastructure instrument relating to
former Secretary to the Department of Infrastructure property continues to
have effect according to its tenor on and after the relevant date as if a
reference in the instrument to the Secretary to the Department of
Infrastructure were a reference to the Secretary to the Department of State
and Regional Development.
