Substitution of party to agreement

68. Substitution of party to agreement

If, under an allocation statement, the rights and liabilities of the Secretary
to the Department of Infrastructure under an agreement are allocated to the
Secretary to the Department of State and Regional Development-

   (a)  the Secretary to the Department of State and Regional Development
        becomes, on the relevant date, a party to the agreement in place of
        the Secretary to the Department of Infrastructure; and

   (b)  on and after the relevant date, the agreement has effect as if the
        Secretary to the Department of State and Regional Development had
        always been a party to the agreement.
