66. Property transferred to Secretary to the Department of State and Regional
Development

On the relevant date-

   (a)  all property and rights of the Secretary to the Department of
        Infrastructure that are allocated under an allocation statement to the
        Secretary to the Department of State and Regional Development vest in
        the Secretary to the Department of State and Regional Development; and

   (b)  all liabilities of the Secretary to the Department of Infrastructure
        that are allocated under an allocation statement to the Secretary to
        the Department of State and Regional Development become liabilities of
        the Secretary to the Department of State and Regional Development.
