Property transferred to Secretary

50. Property transferred to Secretary

On the relevant date-

   (a)  all property and rights of the Urban Land Authority that are allocated
        to the Secretary under an allocation statement, vest in the Secretary;
        and

   (b)  all liabilities of the Urban Land Authority that are allocated to the
        Secretary under an allocation statement, become liabilities of the
        Secretary.
