45. Action by Registrar of Titles

(2) On being requested to do so and on delivery of any relevant instrument or
document, the Registrar of Titles must make any recordings in the Register
that are necessary because of the operation of this Act or an order made under
this Act.

(3) This section does not apply in relation to anything done under Part 7 or
Part 8.
