Who is connected with a nominated project?

44. Who is connected with a nominated project?

For the purposes of sections 42 and 43, a person is connected with a nominated
project if the person is or has been-

   (a)  a participant with the facilitating agency in a body (corporate or
        unincorporate), trust, partnership, joint venture, or other joint
        undertaking relating to the project; or

   (b)  a party to an agreement or arrangement made with the facilitating
        agency in relation to the project.
