Delegation

41F. Delegation

The Secretary to the Department of Innovation, Industry and Regional
Development may by instrument delegate any of the powers conferred on the
Secretary to the Department of Innovation, Industry and Regional Development
under this Part or the regulations (other than this power of delegation) to-

   (a)  any employee or class of employees employed in the Department of
        Innovation, Industry and Regional Development; or

   (b)  the holder of any office or position in that Department.
