Inconsistency with supply policies

31. Inconsistency with supply policies

Despite anything in this Part, a provision of a standard or direction, that is
inconsistent with a provision of a supply policy within the meaning of the
Financial Management Act 1994, prevails to the extent of the inconsistency.
