Borrowing and investment powers

28. Borrowing and investment powers

If the application order in respect of a nominated project so provides the
facilitating agency is deemed-

   (a)  to be an authority for the purposes of the
        Borrowing and Investment Powers Act 1987; and

   (b)  to be such an authority to which such of sections 5, 8, 10, 11, 11AA,
        11AB, 12, 14, 14A, 15, 20, 20A or 21 of that Act as are specified in
        the application order apply.
