Giving of notice

20I. Giving of notice

If the whereabouts of a person to whom the responsible Minister is required to
give a notice or document is not known to the responsible Minister, the notice
or document may be given-

   (a)  by publication of a copy of it in a newspaper circulating generally
        throughout the State; and

   (b)  by affixing it in a prominent place on the land to which it relates.
