Refusal or failure to comply with requirement
61U. Refusal or failure to comply with requirement
A person must not refuse or fail, without reasonable excuse, to comply with a
requirement of the Director or an inspector under this Division. Penalty:
Level 10 fine (10 penalty units maximum).
