61NA. Details of warrant to be given to person in charge of vehicle



(1) If there is a person in charge of the vehicle located in a public place in
respect of which a search warrant is being executed, the inspector must-

   (a)  identify himself or herself to the person in charge of the vehicle;
        and

   (b)  give to the person a copy of the warrant.

(2) If there is no person in charge of the vehicle located in a public place
in respect of which a search warrant is being executed, the inspector must-

   (a)  identify himself or herself to a person (if any) on or in the vehicle;
        and

   (b)  give to the person a copy of the warrant.
