Production of identity card

61B. Production of identity card

An inspector must produce his or her identity card for inspection-

   (a)  before exercising a power under this Division or Division 8 other than
        a requirement made by post; and

   (b)  at any time during the exercise of a power under this Division or
        Division 8, if asked to do so.

Penalty: Level 10 fine (10 penalty units maximum).
