Production of licence or certificate of approval

61. Production of licence or certificate of approval



A licensee or approved manager must not, without reasonable excuse, refuse or
fail to produce his or her licence or certificate of approval to an authorised
member of the police force or an authorised officer of the responsible
authority or an inspector if that member, officer or inspector demands him or
her to do so.

Penalty: Level 10 fine (10 penalty units maximum).
