Display of licence

60. Display of licence



(1) A licensee must keep his or her licence displayed in a conspicuous place
near the front entrance to his or her place of business as a prostitution
service provider.

Penalty: Level 10 fine (10 penalty units maximum).

(2) A licensee must not display on the premises at which he or she carries on
business as a prostitution service provider a document falsely purporting to
be a licence.

Penalty: Level 10 fine (10 penalty units maximum).
