Cancelled or suspended approval must be returned

54B. Cancelled or suspended approval must be returned

If an approval under section 52(1) is suspended or cancelled under this Act,
the person to whom the certificate of approval was issued must return it to
the Authority within 7 days of becoming aware of the suspension or
cancellation. Penalty: Level 10 fine (10 penalty units maximum).
