Amendment of approval

52AA. Amendment of approval



(1) The Authority may at any time vary or revoke a condition or restriction to
which an approval or renewal of an approval under section 52(1) is subject or
impose a new condition or restriction on the approval.

(2) The Authority may act under subsection (1)-

   (a)  of its own initiative; or

   (b)  on the application of the approved manager; or

   (c)  on the application of an authorised member of the police force or the
        Director.
