Extension of time

46B. Extension of time



(1) On payment of any fee required by the regulations, a person may apply to
the Authority for an extension of time or a further extension of time in which
to comply with section 46A.

(2) The Authority may grant the application if it is made before the date in
relation to which the extension is sought.
