Requirement to notify changes in information provided

46. Requirement to notify changes in information provided



If at any time while a licence is in force the licensee becomes aware of a
change that has occurred in the information provided at any time by the
licensee in, or in relation to, an application for the licence or a statement
under section 46A, the licensee must within 10 days after becoming so aware
give particulars of the change to the Authority by writing signed by the
licensee.

Penalty: Level 9 fine (60 penalty units maximum).
