Withdrawal of application

44. Withdrawal of application



(1) An applicant for a licence may withdraw his or her application at any time
before it has been determined.

(2) If an application for a licence is withdrawn by the applicant or rejected
by the Authority, the Authority-

   (a)  may, at its discretion, direct the refund of the whole or part of the
        application fee; and

   (b)  must direct the refund of the licence fee-

that accompanied the application.
