Updating of application

43. Updating of application



If before a licence application is determined the applicant becomes aware of a
change that has occurred in the information provided at any time by the
applicant in, or in relation to, the application, the applicant must within 10
days after becoming so aware give particulars of the change to the Authority
by writing signed by the applicant.

Penalty: Level 9 fine (60 penalty units maximum).
