Endorsement of licence

40AA. Endorsement of licence



(1) If under section 40 or 48A, a condition or restriction is imposed on a
licence or varied or revoked, the Authority may require the licensee to
produce the licence for endorsement of or variation or revocation of the
condition or restriction.

(2) A licensee must comply with a requirement under subsection (1).

Penalty: Level 10 fine (10 penalty units maximum).
