Amendment of licence

40. Amendment of licence



(1) The Authority may at any time vary or revoke a condition or restriction
set out in a licence or impose a new condition or restriction.

(1A) The conditions and restrictions to which a licence is subject must be set
out in the licence.



(2) The Authority may act under subsection (1)-

   (a)  of its own initiative; or

   (b)  on the application of the licensee; or

   (c)  on the application of an authorised member of the police force or the
        Director.
