Notice of application

35. Notice of application



(1) The Authority must give notice of an application for a licence-

   (a)  to the responsible authority; and

   (b)  in a newspaper generally circulating in Victoria.

(2) A notice under subsection (1) must invite written submissions on the grant
of a licence to the applicant to be sent to the Authority before the date
specified in the notice.

(3) In determining the application the Authority must consider any submission
received by it before the specified date unless it is satisfied that the
submission is frivolous, vexatious or irrelevant to the grant of a licence to
the applicant.
