Applications to be made available to the public

34. Applications to be made available to the public

The Authority must make a copy of that part of an application for a licence
that has not yet been determined that contains the matters specified under
section 33(2)(b)(i), (ii) and (iii) available at its office for any person to
inspect during office hours free of charge.
