Offensive behaviour towards prostitutes

16. Offensive behaviour towards prostitutes



A person must not in or near a public place with the intention of
intimidating, insulting or harassing a prostitute-

   (a)  behave in an indecent, offensive or insulting manner; or

   (b)  use threatening, abusive or insulting words.

Penalty: 30 penalty units or imprisonment for 3 months.
